  3. On Close All or Quit, windows are hidden in back-to-front order rather than front-to-back.  This is more esthetic, and quicker.

  5. Compatible with changes made to TransSkel release 3.04.

  7. Renamed BMgrLib.π to BlobMgr.π.  I install libraries by changing the "π" to "Lib", and BMgrLib.Lib is somewhat redundant.  BlobMgr.π and BlobMgr.Lib are better choices, and more consistent with the header file name (BlobMgr.h).
